Articles should be submitted in a format to be processed by LaTeX using Elsevier style to be
downloaded as the following archives:
Elsevier.tar.gz for UNIX/LINUX or
Elsevier.zip for Windows.
All papers will be reviewed. Final publication is planned for the end of 2005.
